We accept exchange requests only after the returned product is received at our office and successfully inspected by our team.
The exchange process will be initiated within 3 days after the product reaches our office.
To request an exchange, customers must share clear photos and an unboxing video / product video of the item showing the issue (such as size issue, damaged item, wrong product, or defect).
This photo/video proof is mandatory for exchange approval.
Please make sure the product is returned in original condition, exactly as it was shipped:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Not torn or damaged by customer
- With original tags and packaging
If the product is found to be used, washed, torn, damaged, or without original tags, the exchange request will not be accepted.
